Our materials division supports developers, contractors and builders with reliable supply of construction materials from structural components to electrical and plumbing systems. Backed by deep procurement expertise and vendor relationships, we ensure specifications meet Malaysian standards while maintaining cost efficiency.
The equipment services division provides professional crane and skylift rental with certified operators, serving construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects. Our fleet ranges from truck-mounted skylifts up to 72 metres working height to mobile cranes with 80-tonne capacity, all compliant with DOSH regulations and safety standards.

Eric Leong
Legal & Strategic Advisor
Eric Leong is a practising lawyer with years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong focus on clients in the steel trade, property development, construction and building materials sectors.
Over the course of his practice, Eric has advised both major and boutique developers, contractors and suppliers, helping them structure transactions, manage compliance and negotiate commercial arrangements that support long-term growth.
Beyond pure legal work, Eric works closely with his clients on business strategy, using his insight into supply chains, work flows and site operations to help them strengthen their commercial position. His exposure to the full project lifecycle—from land acquisition and contracting to delivery and handover—gives him a practical understanding of how legal and operational issues intersect on the ground.
Eric continues to serve as a trusted advisor to developers and contractors, combining legal rigour with a commercial, growth-oriented mindset.
Andrew Yang
Procurement & Estate Management Lead
Andrew Yang has over 15 years of experience spanning procurement and estate management, with a proven track record in delivering cost-efficient solutions and disciplined budget control.
He began his career as a procurement officer in the construction industry, specialising in the acquisition of mechanical and electrical equipment. His expertise covers the full procurement cycle—from sourcing and vendor evaluation to specification confirmation in line with Malaysian standards and final price negotiation.
On the mechanical side, Andrew has handled the procurement of beams, piping (including ductile iron and stainless steel), flanges and flowmeters. On the electrical side, his experience includes the procurement of LV and HV panels, cables and switchgears.
Andrew later transitioned into property management, overseeing both landed and high-rise residential properties. In this role, he works with developers and property owners to address structural issues and common facilities defects, ensuring that assets are maintained efficiently and residents’ expectations are met.
His combined background in procurement and estate management allows him to align technical requirements, cost control and long-term asset performance in a practical, results-driven way.
